Beefy Pasta Skillet Dinner
Caesar Salad with Crispy BreadcrumbsIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28-oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 zucchini, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 3 cups rotini pasta
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in tomatoes, broth, zucchini, pasta, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.

- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together lettuce, tomatoes, and dressing in a large bowl.
- Cook panko and garlic salt in hot oil in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring, until panko is browned. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over salad.
