Chicken Florentine Naan Pizzas
Ingredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pkg whole-grain naan
- 1 Tbsp jarred minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 1 (8-oz) carton olive-and-red-pepper cream cheese spread
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
- ½ cup sliced roasted red peppers
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake naan on a foil-lined large baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
- Cook garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 30 seconds or until fragrant. Gradually add spinach; cook until wilted.
- Spread cream cheese over naan. Top with spinach mixture, chicken, roasted peppers, and feta.
- Bake 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned and cheese is melted; sprinkle with pepper.
