Spaghetti with Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes with basil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (8-oz) carton heavy cream
- 1 (5-oz) carton shaved Parmesan cheese, divided
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Add tomatoes and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream; cook 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in half of cheese until melted.
- Add pasta; toss. Top with remaining cheese and basil.

- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread broccoli on a large baking sheet, and toss with garlic. Drizzle with oil; season with salt and pepper. Bake 15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
