Crunchy Chicken Wraps
Seedless GrapesIngredients
- 1 (8.8-oz) pouch microwavable Spanish-style rice
- 1 (16-oz) container mild queso dip, heated
- 6 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 6 tostada shells
- 1 deli rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- ½ cup chopped tomato (optional)
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 6 Tbsp butter, divided
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions. Heat queso dip according to package directions.
- Sprinkle center of each flour tortilla with 1 Tbsp shredded cheese. Top each with 1 tostada shell. Layer with desired amounts of chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce, rice, and, if desired, tomato. Top each with 1 Tbsp sour cream. Drizzle with queso.
- Fold sides of flour tortilla inward over filling, overlapping and pleating as necessary.
- Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place 2 stuffed tortillas, folded sides down, in skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet. Repeat with 4 Tbsp butter and remaining stuffed tortillas. Cut wraps in half, and serve with remaining queso for dipping.

- 1 lb seedless red or green grapes
