Cheesy Spaghetti Casserole
Italian Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg rotini pasta
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (25-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain, and return to skillet; stir in pasta sauce.
- Combine cream cheese and Parmesan.
- Spread half of pasta in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with half of meat mixture, all cream cheese mixture, remaining pasta and remaining meat mixture.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg Italian salad mix
- 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots
- 1 (5-oz) pkg garlic-butter croutons
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette
