Cheesy Spaghetti Casserole

Italian Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg rotini pasta
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (25-oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain, and return to skillet; stir in pasta sauce.
  3. Combine cream cheese and Parmesan.
  4. Spread half of pasta in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with half of meat mixture, all cream cheese mixture, remaining pasta and remaining meat mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg Italian salad mix
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg garlic-butter croutons
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette

  1. Toss together all ingredients.
