Stuffing-Topped Chicken Casserole
Steamed Rice and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup herb stuffing mix
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Halve chicken breasts lengthwise to make 4 thin cutlets.
- Whisk broth and soup in a bowl until smooth. In a separate bowl, toss together stuffing and melted butter.
- Place chicken in a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish; top with cheese slices.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken and cheese; top with stuffing mix.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
