Bow-ties 'n Chicken
Mixed Vegetables
Ingredients
- 6 oz bow-tie pasta (farfalle)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- ⅓ cup milk
- ⅓ cup pesto
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to skillet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Sauté 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add mushrooms; sauté 5 minutes.
- Stir in soup, milk, and pesto until blended.
- Bring to a simmer; reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta, and cook until thoroughly heated.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook vegetables according to package directions; toss with butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
