Baked Lemon-Butter Tilapia
Roasted Potato Wedges and Cheesy Broccoli
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) tilapia fillets
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and thyme; drizzle over fish.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
