Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) tilapia fillets
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; lightly season with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and thyme; drizzle over fish.
  3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
