Spicy Korean Pork Chops
Garlic-Sesame Broccoli
Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp hot chile sauce
- 1 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 (6-oz) boneless center-cut loin pork chops
Instructions
- Combine coconut aminos, honey, garlic, ginger, chile sauce, and oil in a zip-top plastic bag; add pork. Seal and chill 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat broiler. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Place pork on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Broil 4 minutes per side or until done. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- 1 lb broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ¼ cup organic chicken broth
- 2 tsp coconut aminos
Side Dish Instructions
- Sauté broccoli, garlic, and red pepper in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 4 minutes.
- Stir in broth and coconut aminos; reduce heat. Cover and cook 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
