Spicy Korean Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp hot chile sauce
  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 2 (6-oz) boneless center-cut loin pork chops

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut aminos, honey, garlic, ginger, chile sauce, and oil in a zip-top plastic bag; add pork. Seal and chill 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat broiler. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Place pork on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. Broil 4 minutes per side or until done. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ cup organic chicken broth
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Sauté broccoli, garlic, and red pepper in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 4 minutes.
  2. Stir in broth and coconut aminos; reduce heat. Cover and cook 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
