Garlic Butter Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • ½ cup garlic-butter spread, softened
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 lb bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together garlic spread, lemon zest, and pepper.
  2. Loosen skin from each chicken thigh (do not detach skin), and rub butter mixture under and over skin. Place thighs, skin side up, on a wire rack set over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • 2 (7-oz) pkg macaroni and cheese
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen steam-in-bag green beans

  1. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
  2. Steam beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
