Garlic Butter Roasted Chicken Thighs
Macaroni and Cheese and Green Beans
Ingredients
- ½ cup garlic-butter spread, softened
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 lb bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together garlic spread, lemon zest, and pepper.
- Loosen skin from each chicken thigh (do not detach skin), and rub butter mixture under and over skin. Place thighs, skin side up, on a wire rack set over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is done.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen steam-in-bag green beans

- Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
