Skillet Broccoli-and-Chicken Alfredo Penne
Ingredients
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1½ Tbsp jarred minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (8.5-oz) pouch microwavable penne pasta (such as Barilla)
- ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets (such as Eat Smart)
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
- ½ (10-oz) pkg refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- ¼ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook onion and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until onion is tender.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta and broccoli according to package directions.
- Stir cooked broccoli, chicken, and Alfredo sauce into onion mixture; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated. Stir in pasta and cheese.
