Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together breadcrumbs, cheese, and Italian seasoning in a shallow dish. Pour dressing in a separate dish.
  2. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet.
  3. Dip chicken in dressing to coat, letting excess drip off; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place in a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
