Crispy Ranch Chicken
Butter and Herb Pasta and Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together breadcrumbs, cheese, and Italian seasoning in a shallow dish. Pour dressing in a separate dish.
- Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet.
- Dip chicken in dressing to coat, letting excess drip off; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place in a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
