Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Pasta
Carrot Sticks
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (14.5-oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil
- ½ cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ (16-oz) pkg shell pasta
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and transfer to a 4-or 5-quart slow cooker. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and add pasta and cheese to slow cooker. Stir and serve.

- Cut carrots into sticks to serve.
