Buffalo Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 (4-oz) frozen organic turkey burgers (such as Applegate Organics)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup tricolor coleslaw
  • 3 Tbsp refrigerated light blue cheese dressing (such as Marie's)
  • 1 Tbsp sliced celery
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 (1.9-oz) whole wheat hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Cook burgers in hot oil over medium-high heat 6 minutes per side or until done. Add wing sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated, turning burgers to coat.
  2. Combine slaw, dressing, celery, and onion. Serve burgers on buns with slaw.
