Buffalo Turkey Burgers
Vegetable Chips
Ingredients
- 2 (4-oz) frozen organic turkey burgers (such as Applegate Organics)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup tricolor coleslaw
- 3 Tbsp refrigerated light blue cheese dressing (such as Marie's)
- 1 Tbsp sliced celery
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 (1.9-oz) whole wheat hamburger buns
Instructions
- Cook burgers in hot oil over medium-high heat 6 minutes per side or until done. Add wing sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated, turning burgers to coat.
- Combine slaw, dressing, celery, and onion. Serve burgers on buns with slaw.
