Bistro Burger Steaks
Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges and Green BeansIngredients
- ½ lb lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- ¼ tsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Shape beef into 2 patties; sprinkle both sides lightly with salt and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Melt butter in skillet; add shallot, and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 1 minute. Serve sauce over patties.

- ¾ lb sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 2 tsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F. Cut potatoes lengthwise into ½-inch-thick wedges. Toss potatoes with oil, garlic, and rosemary on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until browned, turning once.
- Meanwhile, microwave beans according to package directions. Toss with butter. Season potatoes and beans with salt and pepper to taste.
