Beef and Mushroom Skillet Toss

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ lb top round steak, cut into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil, divided
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, quartered
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  2. Cook beef, in 2 batches, in 2 tsp hot oil per batch in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes or until beef begins to brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. Cook mushrooms in 2 tsp hot oil in skillet 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add beef and soy sauce mixture; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Sprinkle with parsley.

  • 1 (18-oz) pkg frozen green beans
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook green beans according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Combine butter, lemon juice, garlic salt, and pepper; drizzle over green beans, and toss.
