Chicken Taco Pizza

Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (1.25-oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
- ¼ cup water
- 2 (13.8-oz) cans refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 (8-oz) pkg shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 (8-oz) carton prepared guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut chicken into ½-inch pieces. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add seasoning mix and water; cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened.
- Meanwhile, unroll dough onto 2 greased rimmed baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until crusts are browned. Carefully remove from oven and sprinkle each with 1 cup cheese. Top each with chicken mixture and 1 cup cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer.
- Top pizzas with lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle with salsa verde and dollop with guacamole. Cut into squares to serve.
