Shrimp and Five-Cheese Ravioli
Roasted Green BeansIngredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated 5-cheese ravioli
- 1½ lb medium shrimp
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, peel and devein shrimp; pat dry with paper towels.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and onion; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add basil, salt, and pepper; cook 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm.
- Stir in ravioli and Parmesan; serve immediately.

- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine green beans and oil on a large baking sheet; toss. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes or until tender.
