Shrimp and Five-Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated 5-cheese ravioli
  • 1½ lb medium shrimp
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and devein shrimp; pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and onion; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add basil, salt, and pepper; cook 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm.
  4. Stir in ravioli and Parmesan; serve immediately.

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine green beans and oil on a large baking sheet; toss. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes or until tender.
