Parmesan Parsley Roasted Salmon
Cheddar Broccoli Rice and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 1 (2-lb) salmon fillet
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place salmon, skin side down, on a parchment lined baking pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover fish lightly with a second piece of parchment, and bake 10 minutes. Uncover, and sprinkle with cheese, parsley, and garlic.
- Bake uncovered, 10 minutes more or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; season to taste.
