Buffalo Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 6 (4-oz) frozen organic turkey burgers (such as Applegate Organics)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ½ cup refrigerated light blue cheese dressing (such as Marzetti's Simply Dressed)
  • ¼ cup sliced organic celery
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 6 whole wheat hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Cook burgers, in batches, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Return all burgers to skillet, and add wing sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated, turning burgers to coat.
  3. Combine slaw, dressing, celery, and onions. Serve burgers on buns with slaw.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (6.8-oz) pkg vegetable chips (such as Terra)

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve chips with burgers.
