Buffalo Turkey Burgers
Vegetable ChipsIngredients
- 6 (4-oz) frozen organic turkey burgers (such as Applegate Organics)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 Tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ½ cup refrigerated light blue cheese dressing (such as Marzetti's Simply Dressed)
- ¼ cup sliced organic celery
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 6 whole wheat hamburger buns
Instructions
- Cook burgers, in batches, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Return all burgers to skillet, and add wing sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated, turning burgers to coat.
- Combine slaw, dressing, celery, and onions. Serve burgers on buns with slaw.

- 1 (6.8-oz) pkg vegetable chips (such as Terra)

- Serve chips with burgers.
