Buffalo Turkey Burgers
Vegetable Chips
Ingredients
- 2 (5-oz) frozen gluten-free turkey burgers (such as Jennie-O)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp gluten-free Buffalo wing sauce (such as Texas Pete)
- 1 cup tricolor coleslaw
- 3 Tbsp refrigerated gluten-free blue cheese dressing (such as Marie's)
- 1 Tbsp sliced celery
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 frozen gluten-free whole-grain hamburger buns, thawed
Instructions
- Cook burgers in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 7 to 10 minutes per side or until done. Add wing sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated, turning burgers to coat.
- Combine slaw, dressing, celery, and onion. Serve burgers on buns with slaw.
