Buffalo Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 (5-oz) frozen gluten-free turkey burgers (such as Jennie-O)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp gluten-free Buffalo wing sauce (such as Texas Pete)
  • 1 cup tricolor coleslaw
  • 3 Tbsp refrigerated gluten-free blue cheese dressing (such as Marie's)
  • 1 Tbsp sliced celery
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 frozen gluten-free whole-grain hamburger buns, thawed

Instructions

  1. Cook burgers in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 7 to 10 minutes per side or until done. Add wing sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated, turning burgers to coat.
  2. Combine slaw, dressing, celery, and onion. Serve burgers on buns with slaw.

  • ½ (6.8-oz) pkg gluten-free vegetable chips (such as Terra)
