Bacon and Egg Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (13-oz) pkg frozen cheese pizza (such as Amy's)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 slice center-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • 1 Tbsp chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Bake pizza 10 minutes on a baking sheet at temperature specified on package.
  2. Carefully remove from oven, and crack eggs onto pizza. Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until crust is browned and eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
  3. Sprinkle pizza with bacon, tomato, and onion.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 navel orange
  • 1 Ruby Red grapefruit
  • ½ (5-oz) pkg baby arugula
  • 1 (4.3-oz) pkg pomegranate seeds (arils)
  • 3 Tbsp refrigerated Champagne vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Peel and section orange and grapefruit.
  2. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
