Bacon and Egg Pizza
Arugula with Citrus and Pomegranate SeedsIngredients
- 1 (13-oz) pkg frozen cheese pizza (such as Amy's)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 slice center-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- 1 Tbsp chopped green onion
Instructions
- Bake pizza 10 minutes on a baking sheet at temperature specified on package.
- Carefully remove from oven, and crack eggs onto pizza. Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until crust is browned and eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
- Sprinkle pizza with bacon, tomato, and onion.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 navel orange
- 1 Ruby Red grapefruit
- ½ (5-oz) pkg baby arugula
- 1 (4.3-oz) pkg pomegranate seeds (arils)
- 3 Tbsp refrigerated Champagne vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Peel and section orange and grapefruit.
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
