Philly Cheesesteak Bombs
Apples and Quick Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen seasoning blend (diced onion, celery, and bell peppers)
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard (or use yellow mustard)
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 (16.3-oz) cans flaky layers refrigerated biscuits
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F; line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook beef and seasoning blend in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in mustard and steak seasoning; remove from heat, and cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 5-inch round. Top 1 side of each biscuit with meat mixture and about 1 Tbsp shredded cheese.
- Fold other side of biscuit over filling, crimping edges together with a fork.
- Place on prepared pan, and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 large apples
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Side Dish Instructions
- Thinly slice apples to serve.
- Cook broccoli in microwave according to package directions; season with salt and butter to taste. Sprinkle with bacon.
