Philly Cheesesteak Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen seasoning blend (diced onion, celery, and bell peppers)
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard (or use yellow mustard)
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 (16.3-oz) cans flaky layers refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F; line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook beef and seasoning blend in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  3. Stir in mustard and steak seasoning; remove from heat, and cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 5-inch round. Top 1 side of each biscuit with meat mixture and about 1 Tbsp shredded cheese.
  5. Fold other side of biscuit over filling, crimping edges together with a fork.
  6. Place on prepared pan, and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Thinly slice apples to serve.
  2. Cook broccoli in microwave according to package directions; season with salt and butter to taste. Sprinkle with bacon.
