Deconstructed Black Bean Burrito Bowls
Cilantro-Lime CremaIngredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable brown rice
- 1 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 (15-oz) cans black beans, drained
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- ½ (4.5-oz) pkg chipotle-Cheddar tortilla strips (such as New York Bakery Texas Toast)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Arrange lettuce, rice, beans, cheese, avocado, salsa, and tortilla strips in 6 bistro or pasta bowls. Serve with Cilantro-Lime Crema recipe, and sprinkle with green onions.
