Skillet Ham-and-Cheese Ravioli
Garlic-Basil Dinner RollsIngredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg cubed cooked ham, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ (25-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese ravioli
- ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. Add ham, and cook 3 minutes or until browned.
- Add broth, milk, and ravioli; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; drain and add to skillet with ¼ cup cheese. Stir until blended.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup cheese over skillet; cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg soft whole wheat dinner rolls
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut rolls in half, and place, cut sides up, on a rimmed baking sheet. Brush with oil, and sprinkle with garlic.
- Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until toasted; sprinkle with basil.
