Lettuce Wraps with Ginger-Orange Pork
Ingredients
- Chopped cooked pork (from Ginger-Orange Pork recipe)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- ½ lb sugar snap peas, cut into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
- 8 large romaine lettuce leaves, cut in half crosswise
Instructions
- Heat pork in microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until warm.
- Combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar.
- Spoon pork mixture into lettuce leaves; top with sugar snap peas, bell pepper, and green onions. Drizzle with honey mixture; roll up to serve.
