Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg lean turkey breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cook sausage 5 to 6 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
  3. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Divide sausage and cheese among muffin cups.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Pour egg mixture into muffin cups.
  5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until set in center.
