Sausage and Cheddar Cheese Mini Egg Muffins
Orange and Pomegranate Toss
Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg lean turkey breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cook sausage 5 to 6 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
- Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Divide sausage and cheese among muffin cups.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Pour egg mixture into muffin cups.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until set in center.
