Spaghetti Soup
Extra Thick Cheese ToastIngredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
- 2 (14.5-oz) cans diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 oz spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef, onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to pot.
- Stir in broth, tomatoes, pasta sauce, sugar, and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil.
- Add spaghetti; reduce heat, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Top with cheese.

- 1 (6-count) pkg frozen five-cheese Texas toast
