Chicken Club Patty Melts
Sweet Potato Chips and Red Grapes
Ingredients
- 12 slices Texas toast
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 12 slices American cheese
- 1 (22-oz) pkg grilled and ready chicken breast strips
- 1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
- 2 small Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- ½ cup butter, softened
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise over one side of each slice of toast. Top each with 1 slice cheese.
- Layer chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and pickles over half of toast. Cover with remaining toasts, cheese side down.
- Spread softened butter over outsides of sandwiches. Cook sandwiches, in batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.

- 1 (9-oz) pkg sweet potato chips
- 1 lb seedless red grapes, broken into clusters
