Pork and Ramen Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground pork
- 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (32-oz) cartons chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp refrigerated ginger paste
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- 2 (3-oz) pkg ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Cook pork, mushrooms, and garlic in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until pork is browned and crumbly; drain and return to pot.
- Stir in broth, sesame oil, and ginger; bring to a boil.
- Add slaw and noodles; simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in cilantro, and season to taste.
