Ground Beef-Sausage Ragu over Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise and seeded
- ¼ lb ground beef
- ¼ lb spicy Italian turkey sausage links, casings removed
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Place squash, cut sides down, in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap; microwave at HIGH 15 minutes or until fork-tender.
- Meanwhile, cook beef, sausage, and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Stir in marinara sauce; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Turn squash cut sides up. Divide beef mixture between squash halves. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
