Tilapia Provençal
Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 2 (6-oz) tilapia fillets
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Season fish lightly with salt and pepper; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Cook in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Cook tomato, bell pepper, onions, and garlic in skillet, stirring often, 5 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice. Cook 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve sauce over fish.

- 1 Tbsp butter

- Steam beans in a steamer basket over boiling water 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Toss with butter; season with salt and pepper to taste.
