Big Mac Topped Waffle Fries

Ingredients

  • ½ (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ½ cup sliced dill pickles
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • ½ Tbsp ketchup
  • ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange waffle fries on a foil-lined greased baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and crisp.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, and season to taste.
  3. Spread beef over baked waffle fries. Top with cheese, and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
  4. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and paprika; drizzle over fries.
