Cheesy Ham-and-Egg Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (5-oz) pkg cheese and garlic croutons
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg chopped cooked ham
  • 2½ cups half-and-half
  • 10 large eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle croutons into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with both cheeses and ham.
  2. Whisk together half-and-half, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Slowly pour over ham in dish. Cover and chill overnight.
  3. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until center is puffed and set. Let stand 10 minutes.

  • 1 (6-oz) pkg blueberry muffin mix
  • 3 Gala apples, sliced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake muffins according to package directions. Serve with sliced apples.
