Spicy Glazed Pork Chops
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apple and PecansIngredients
- 2 (6-oz) bone-in pork chops
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp honey
- 1½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with salt and cayenne pepper. Cook in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Stir together honey, vinegar, garlic, and rosemary; add to skillet, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened and bubbly. Stir in butter; cook 1 minute or until melted. Serve pork with sauce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 cup halved Brussels sprouts
- 1 Fuji apple, cut into wedges
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp chopped pecans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine Brussels sprouts, apple, oil, and desired amount of salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in an even layer.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender and browned, stirring in nuts during last 8 minutes of baking.
