Pizza with Charred Brussels Sprouts and Prosciutto

Ingredients
- 1 (20.28-oz) pkg frozen Italian five-cheese pizza with brick oven crust (such as Freschetta)
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 (4-oz) pkg thinly sliced prosciutto
- ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bake pizza according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook Brussels sprouts, garlic, and red pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until Brussels sprouts are charred. Stir in lemon juice.
- Spread Brussels sprouts and prosciutto over pizza; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
