Asian Chopped Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 orange
- 1 (12-oz) pkg chopped Asian salad kit (such as Fresh Express)
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until done.
- Meanwhile, peel and section orange over a small bowl to collect juices. Combine dressing from salad kit and orange juice.
- Combine greens from salad kit, orange sections, cilantro, and dressing mixture; toss.
- Thinly slice chicken. Top salad with chicken and avocado; sprinkle with wontons and nuts from kit.
