Easy Korean Beef Bowl
Steamed Rice and Vegetable Pot Stickers
Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 crown broccoli, cut into small florets
- ½ (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, quartered
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ Tbsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms; cook, stirring 2 minutes.
- Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, and ginger; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.

- ½ (9.49-oz) pkg vegetable pot stickers
