Potato Tot-Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
Sliced Cantaloupe
Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg sliced bacon, chopped
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots, thawed
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ½ cup dill pickle chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels, and wipe skillet clean.
- Cook beef, onion, and garlic in skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire into beef mixture; spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon, cheese, and potato tots.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until tots are browned. Top casserole with tomato and pickles just before serving.

- 1 cantaloupe, halved

- Remove seeds, and thinly slice melon. Serve melon with casserole.
