Potato Tot-Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg sliced bacon, chopped
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots, thawed
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ½ cup dill pickle chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels, and wipe skillet clean.
  2. Cook beef, onion, and garlic in skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  3. Stir ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire into beef mixture; spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon, cheese, and potato tots.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until tots are browned. Top casserole with tomato and pickles just before serving.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe, halved

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Remove seeds, and thinly slice melon. Serve melon with casserole.
