Sheet Pan Chicken Caesar Pizzas
Ingredients
- 2 (6.5-oz) pouches pizza crust mix
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Caesar dressing, divided
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (5-oz) carton shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare pizza dough according to package directions; press onto 2 lightly greased baking sheets.
- Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Thinly slice.
- Top pizza crusts with ½ cup dressing, chicken, tomatoes, onion, mozzarella, and ¾ cup Parmesan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are browned.
- Toss together lettuce, ½ cup Parmesan, and desired amount of Caesar dressing. Top pizzas with salad mix.
