Gouda and Mushroom Pizzas
Caesar Romaine Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (6.5-oz) pkg garlic-herb spreadable cheese
- 2 (8.8-oz) pkg naan (preferably whole-grain; see Note)
- ½ cup shredded Gouda cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Spread herbed cheese over naan; sprinkle with Gouda, mushrooms, and onion.
- Grill, covered, 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and naan is crisp, rotating pizzas once for even browning.
- Sprinkle pizzas with thyme; cut into wedges.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (3-count) pkg romaine lettuce hearts, halved lengthwise
- ⅓ cup refrigerated creamy Caesar yogurt dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush oil on cut sides of lettuce. Grill, covered, 2 minutes or until lettuce is slightly charred, turning often.
- Transfer lettuce to plates. Drizzle dressing over lettuce.
