Turkey Burgers with Sun-Dried Tomato Aïoli

Ingredients

  • 2 (4-oz) frozen organic turkey burgers (such as Applegate Organics)
  • 2 (0.67-oz) slices sharp provolone cheese (such as Sargento)
  • 2 Tbsp organic roasted garlic mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 (1.9-oz) whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 2 thick tomato slices
  • 2 thin slices red onion
  • ½ cup baby arugula

Instructions

  1. Cook burgers according to package directions for stovetop, topping with cheese during last 2 minutes of cooking.
  2. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes. Spread over cut sides of buns. Serve burgers, tomato, onion, and arugula on buns.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen broccoli tots (such as Green Giant)
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake tots according to package directions. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper; toss. Serve with ketchup.
