Bacon, Turkey, and Pimiento Cheese Club Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced bacon
  • 12 slices Texas toast
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 6 leaves leaf lettuce
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg thinly sliced turkey
  • 1 (12-oz) carton pimiento cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
  2. Preheat broiler. Place toast in a single layer on a baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes per side or until toasted.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on 1 side of each toast. Top half of bread with lettuce, tomato, turkey, and bacon. Spread pimiento cheese on mayonnaise on remaining bread slices. Place, cheese sides down, on bacon to make sandwiches.

  • 1 (8.5-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 1 tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange chips on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until chips are shiny. Sprinkle with pepper.
