Asian Ground Beef and Broccoli
Steamed Rice
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 6 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
Instructions
- Cook beef, garlic, and red pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
- Whisk together cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, and oil. Add to skillet with water chestnuts and broccoli.
- Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until sauce is thickened and broccoli is tender. Serve over rice.
