Chipotle-Ground Turkey Tostadas
Avocado, Citrus, and Radish Salad
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground turkey
- 1 (8-oz) pouch chipotle and garlic taco sauce (such as Frontera)
- 6 (0.63-oz) tostada shells (such as Guerrero)
- 1½ cups shredded reduced-fat Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 lime
- 6 Tbsp reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce
- 6 Tbsp fresh salsa
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Cook turkey in a large nonstick skillet 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is browned and crumbly. Add taco sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Place tostada shells in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Spread turkey mixture on shells; top with cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
- Meanwhile, grate zest and squeeze juice from lime. Combine lime zest, lime juice, sour cream, and water.
- Drizzle tostadas with sour cream mixture, and top with lettuce and salsa.

- 1 (20-oz) jar refrigerated citrus salad, drained
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Side Dish Instructions
- Arrange citrus sections, avocado, and radishes on a platter.
- Whisk together oil, lime juice, honey, and salt; drizzle over salad, and sprinkle with cilantro.
