Turkey Bagel Sandwiches with Zesty Feta Spread
Balsamic Grape Salad
Ingredients
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp grated lemon rind
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 4 (1.5-oz) 100% whole wheat bagel thins, split
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 8 oz deli-sliced low-sodium oven-roasted turkey
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, cheese, juice, rind, oregano, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture over cut sides of bagels. Layer arugula, turkey, and onion over bottoms of bagels; cover with bagel tops.

- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2 cups seedless red grapes, cut in half
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, and salt in a large bowl. Add grapes; toss.
