Greek Spinach-and-Feta Naan Pizzas
Cucumber and Red Onion SaladIngredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pkg naan (preferably whole-grain)
- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen creamed spinach (such as Green Giant)
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake naan on a large baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, cook spinach according to package directions. Combine spinach and dill.
- Spread spinach mixture over naan; top with tomatoes, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges to serve. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.

- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ⅓ cup refrigerated red wine vinaigrette (such as Marie's)
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
