Greek Spinach-and-Feta Naan Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 (8.8-oz) pkg naan (preferably whole-grain)
  • 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen creamed spinach (such as Green Giant)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake naan on a large baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
  2. Meanwhile, cook spinach according to package directions. Combine spinach and dill.
  3. Spread spinach mixture over naan; top with tomatoes, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
  4. Cut into wedges to serve. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ⅓ cup refrigerated red wine vinaigrette (such as Marie's)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
