Layered Greek Salad
Sea Salt Pita Crackers and HummusIngredients
- 1 seedless cucumber, chopped
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton Greek-style yogurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 (10-oz) bag mixed greens
- 2 (15-oz) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- ½ cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Stir together cucumber, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl.
- Layer lettuce, chickpeas, red onion, tomatoes, olives, and feta in a large serving bowl. Spread cucumber mixture over salad .

- 1 (8-oz) pkg sea salt pita chips
- 1 (8-oz) tub hummus, your favorite flavor
