Smoky Pork Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground chipotle chile pepper
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1 (18-count) pkg soft taco-size corn tortillas
- 1 (5-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine oil, chili powder, chipotle chile pepper, and cumin. Rub over pork; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Grill pork, covered, 8 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F. Let stand 10 minutes; chop pork.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions. Serve pork in tortillas with Jalapeño-Lime Slaw recipe; sprinkle with cheese before serving.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
