Overnight Breakfast Bulgur with Cherries and Toasted Almonds

Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen sweet cherries, thawed
- 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Combine bulgur, milk and salt in a large bowl; cover and chill overnight.
- Meanwhile, toast almonds in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
- Stir together yogurt and cinnamon.
- Fluff bulgur with a fork. Spoon into 4 bowls; top with yogurt, cherries, and almonds; drizzle with honey.
